We ordered pretty expensive slabs for worktop and backsplash.
We expected to have them in 1 piece, Veriset however delivered and installed them in 2 pieces – WITHOUT our knowledge and agreement. Additionally thickness of the backsplash installed is 20mm – we ordered 12 mm (this shorten the worktop by 8mm).
Veriset does not want to take accountability for this. Their reply is that they believe that they informed us as well as they possibly could and that they cannot discuss every detail with customer.
On the the wrong thickness of the backsplash and our request to replace it based on the fact they delivered wrong item – they avoid to comment completely.
We’ve requested multiple times to have a face to face meeting arranged – no reply is provided to that also.
